New Area. New Comp.

Dear Fam, and Friends,

Week six flew by, and transfers are here!

I am getting transferred to the Camarillo YSA ward on the Ventura side. So I will be living in Ventura, and working with all the kids there! I am soooooo excited. My new Comp is Elder Gardiner from St. George! He is 1 transfer behind me so that will be cool. I will also be going to the same building as my mission President so that will be amazing. I have spent 2 transfers here with these kids, and they will be missed. Guess the Lord needs Elder Judd working with some more young people elsewhere:)

I will send out my address next week, so you ALL can send sooooo many packages to me;) We will be "Blue washing", which means their were 2 sisters in this area before us. We are so excited to get going. We are going to spark a fire, and put these members to work.

I hope you all have had a great week, and will have an even better one this week!

Remember, and apply the teachings from Alma to his son Helaman. In the 36th Chapter of Alma we learn the importance of "keeping the commandments."

1 My son, give ear to my words; for I swear unto you, that inasmuch as ye shall keep the commandments of God ye shall prosper in the land.

30 But behold, my son, this is not all; for ye ought to know as I do know, that inasmuch as ye shall keep the commandments of God ye shall prosper in the land; and ye ought to know also, that inasmuch as ye will not keep the commandments of God ye shall be cut off from his presence. Now this is according to his word.

I bear you my testimony that the Heavenly loves you so much that provided a "cheat sheet" to help us get back to him. The commandments. But of course this "cheat sheet" is the "only way."  He provided the answer to the most commonly asked question we all at some point in this life will ask ourselves. And that is the "How." Think about it.

Love, Elder Judd
